Exyte Hargreaves Appoints Hilary Tew as Head of HR

Exyte Hargreaves welcome Hilary Tew in joining the senior leadership team as Head of HR. 

Hilary has over 25 years’ experience in European and multi-site environments across various industries including integrated engineering design and build, construction and manufacturing. Her expertise lie within developing organisations, leadership and people capability, managing complex projects and balancing strategic and operational needs. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester in 2004. 

In her new role, Hilary will be drawing upon her experience in delivering organisational improvement, developing employee initiatives and unlocking people potential to further progress the business’s initiatives around talent attraction, wellbeing and E,D&I.
